Zucchini Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 green onions (scallions)
  • 1/2 cup radishes
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup mild salsa
