Very Berry Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat fruit yogurt
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
