Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 cup water chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 lettuce leaves
Steps

Wash hands with soap and water.

Mix the water, cornstarch, and teriyaki sauce.

Add meat and water chestnuts.

Heat oil in a skillet or heavy saucepan and add meat and sauce mixture; stir until cooked through.
