Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/16 cup (1 tablespoon) pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- hot pepper sauce
