Ingredients
- 2 pounds trout fillets, cut into six pieces
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wash hands with soap and water.

Pat fish dry and place in baking dish.

In a separate dish, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
