Icing Ingredients
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar

- 🧈 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two cookie sheets.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a medium bowl.
Cream together sugar and butter until fluffy, then add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy. Stir in the flour mixture until combined.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared cookie sheets and flatten slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven until centers are set, 15 to 20 minutes. Switch racks halfway through if needed.
Transfer baked cookies to a wire rack to cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Mix confectioners' sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Adjust milk consistency for drizzling.
Drizzle icing over cooled cookies using a fork.
