INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 4 pieces of salmon fillet (about 150g each)
- 🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 head of broccoli
- 🧄 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
STEPS
Place the salmon fillets in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the salmon on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.
Break the broccoli into small pieces, slice the garlic, and blanch the broccoli in hot water.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic slices, then add the broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Serve the salmon with garlic broccoli on a plate and enjoy.
